Description Robert Half currently has an opening for a highly-skilled Human Resources Assistant within their team. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and will provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This opening is with an organization in the Chandler, Arizona area and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire position.

• Manage a number of administrative duties

• Update employee database information

• Take part in new employee on-boarding orientation planning

• Use the internet to search for potential customers Requirements - Solid understanding of New Hire Orientations

• Human Resources (HR) Administration experience required

• Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

• Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment

• Have prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
