Job Description

• Ability to troubleshoot the Windows 2000/XP desktop and identify network connectivity issues

• Perform hardware, and software deployment and relocation services

• Ability to communicate well and work well as a team

• Provide timely performance against the Project Plan

• Document completion and note exceptions, such as defective equipment

• Provide world-class customer service according to TEKsystems quality standards

• Ability to follow developed installation processes
