Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a IT Compliance Engineer to sit fully remote for one of our simulation software engineering companies. This IT Compliance Engineer will be supporting Information Technology CMMC compliance certification and will ensure that the right cybersecurity systems, processes, control configuration and procedures are in place to get certified and keep sensitive information safe.

Additional Responsibilities will include --

- Provide supplementary leadership and aid in strategy development for the growth and scale of the CMMC score and broader Cybersecurity compliance documentation.

- Define and support configuration of CMMC / NIST controls to where gaps are defined in order to comply with CMMC controls.

- Work with respected and experienced team members and business unit staff to help assess their cybersecurity posture and improve the effectiveness of their security controls.

- Ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality, and that tasks are executed in accordance with established schedules and budgets.

Skills and Requirements

* 10+ years of experience executing cybersecurity assessments and audits

o Ex. NIST RMF, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP

* Experience conducting security control assessments against industry frameworks

* Experience with the review of policies and procedures to meet cybersecurity compliance

* Excellent documentation skills null
