SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled CRM Developer to join our team and contribute to the customization, configuration, and integration of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with expertise in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript, as well as experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar CRM platforms) and Azure. Responsibilities include customizing CRM functionalities to meet business requirements, integrating CRM with other systems, and providing technical support to end-users. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in product development including architecting/designing, developing solutions while providing estimates, performing technical reviews, providing feedback to technical and business leadership, and providing technical leadership to both onsite and offsite teams
Deploy and maintain Azure resources and other cloud technologies
Support front-end developers by providing technical design direction with web service development and integration
Participate in and support the entire SDLC process, including project deployments and production releases
Maintain current knowledge of IT development methodology, design principles, and technical standards
Lead and mentor developers in accordance with department coding standards, conventions, and practices
Communicate with project manager on a frequent basis; identify tasks and issues that may have an impact on service level agreements or schedules; provide realistic task deliverable estimates
Create project-related documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be open to providing off-hours production support
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrable 8+ years of solid experience in Azure administration , development, and support
Experience in providing support to production systems, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Familiarity with languages like C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Knowledge of .NET framework
Understanding of web services such as RESTful APIs and SOAP
Familiarity with Azure technology and integrations tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure Functions, Data Factory, etc
Proficiency in working with databases especially Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to customize and configure Dynamics applications to meet business needs
Experience with JIRA and GitHub
Experience with Unit & Integration Tests

Self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find solutions for business requirements
Can-do attitude and desire to help teammates
High level of organizational, written, and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical peers; capable of managing business and technical team expectations
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language
Ability to balance project development and support activities using a self-directed, disciplined approach with a commitment to excellence in quality, problem-solving, and communication
Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and meet business requirements effectively
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid Role - Remote work 2 days per week (after 90 days) [Wednesdays & Fridays]
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: BA/BS in Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 4-6+ years of relevant experience

COMPENSATION: The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $82900 - $115000 / year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
