Under the direction and supervision of the Residence Director, the Assistant Residence Director position is responsible for assisting with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence. The Assistant Residence Director position is one that provides on-the-job training to professionals seeking a future operations management role with Seven Hills Foundation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Assist Residence Director with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the assigned residence, including (but not limited to): Direct Care Staff Supervision and Program Leadership ISP and Care Plan Implementation Crisis Management Administrative Duties To maintain all required certifications such as medication administration, First Aid & CPR. To successfully complete all required training in a timely manner. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver?s License & Good Driving Record Prior direct care experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven record of conscientious, responsible behavior (work, volunteer, or school history) Prior supervisory experience preferred.
