Overview:

M&T Bank is seeking a Virtual Desktop Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Buffalo. As the Virtual Desktop Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our virtual desktop infrastructure. Your role will involve leading a team to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of virtual desktop systems, with a specific focus on Azure Virtual PC.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of virtual desktop systems.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate virtual desktop solutions with existing systems and technologies.

• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues related to virtual desktop infrastructure.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in virtual desktop management.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Education and Experience Required:

A combined minimum of 9 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years’ engineering and/or architecture experience and 3 years' leadership experience

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $110,635.01 - $184,391.68 Annual (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
