CTG Senior Workday Healthcare Consultant in Buffalo, New York
Description
CTG is looking for anexperienced Workday Consultant/Sr. Consultant who is focused on healthcare to assist our clients.
The Workday Analyst supports various departments and collaborates with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance within the Workday system.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field is preferred.
Experience with Workday integrations and data management
Expertise with Workday Studio, Workday Core Connectors, Workday Reporting
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, Finance or Supply Chain
Demonstrated customer service skills
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
Ability to effectively work cross-functionally with other application teams
Ability to communicate clearly
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-going system level support of Workday application ( HCM, FIN, Supply Chain )
Assist departments with troubleshooting Workday issues
Performs testing and implementation of services for Workday
Designs and develops accurate and timely reports using Workday report writing tools
Assists with upgrades and testing of new versions of Workday
Performs systems analysis, design, programming, and project management utilizing technical functions from multiple applications.
Creates customized solutions utilizing knowledge from multiple technical areas.
Makes modifications to existing functionality and performs complicated interface design efforts.
Validates and critiques peer design and programming efforts.
May perform other related duties as assigned.
