We are looking for a new colleague who will join our office in Budapest. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master supporting an international scrum team which develops software running on medical X-Ray imaging devices.

Experienced Scrum Master in Medical Domain (Application Hosting)

Tasks:

• Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive and kept within the timebox

• Helping the Scrum team focus on creating high-value increments that meet DoD

• Helping to find techniques for effective product backlog management

• Solving impediments in cooperation with other project members

• Managing KPI-s representing the performance of the scrum teams

Requirements:

• Experience in working with SW development teams in Scrum Master role

• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proactivity, ability to work autonomously, problem solving and conflict management skills

• Experience in MS Azure DevOps Server (formerly TFS)

• Specialized higher education

• Willingness to travel (intermittent, short-term works in Germany)
