What you’ll do: As anAnalyst, Identity Operations, you will oversee the access management lifecycle, managing accounts for electronic medical records, ancillary applications, and Active Directory access. The role involves providing technical support for incidents and requests, collaborating across departments to deliver IAM solutions, and managing day-to-day operational tasks and project-driven activities related to IAM. * * Responsibilities: * Investigate and triage identity-related events/incidents, working closely with the Identity Management Team. * Provision timely access to clinical and non-clinical systems. * Serve as the primary escalation point for elevated incidents, coordinating analysis, validation, tracking, and reporting to leadership. * Contribute to enterprise identity management initiatives, providing expertise in project management. * Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to identify security exposures and drive process improvements. * Ensure security requirements and best practices are implemented in identity management toolsets. * Research new tools and technologies to enhance identity management automation processes. * Monitor alerts to identify and address issues requiring remediation.

What you’ll need:

  • Education:University (Degree) preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:3 or more years of information technology experience; experience with at least one of the following identity management platforms - Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta
  • Certifications:Both general and technical security and related network certifications desired.
