Job Description

An employer in Boulder, CO is looking for a Juniper Network Engineer to join their growing customer facing Government Services support team in support of DoD client. This person will be working closely with a talented team to assist in the design, configuration, testing, implementation and oversight of the computer networks that support our customers mission critical systems. They will be responsible for design, deployment, configuration, and maintenance Juniper network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and security appliances. They will also help to troubleshoot network issues, analyze traffic patterns, and optimize network performance using Juniper tools and protocols.

Skills and Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred

Network Certifications (Network+, CCNA, CCNP, JNCP, etc) or equivalent industry certification

Proficiency in both design and configuration of Juniper networking devices, including routers, switches and firewalls

Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs and routing protocols Juniper Networks Certification (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE)

Security Certifications (Security+, CISSP, etc) or equivalent null
