Product Owner - Digital Products (Agile/SCRUM environment)

What does a successful Product Owner of Digital Products do at Fiserv?

As a successful Product Owner of Digital Products, you will work as a Technical Product Owner in an Agile/SCRUM environment and will be responsible for driving the development and success of our digital products. You will drive the strategy, write requirements and oversee the insights and product road mapping for our digital products. You will use your User experience and work with UX teams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, user-centric solutions.

What you will do:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business goals.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, user feedback, and business requirements.

  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Work closely with design and development teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and clarification on product requirements.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and customer support, to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

What you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner role in the development of digital products.

  • 5 or more years experience with writing requirements.

  • Experience with driving the strategy and overseeing the insights and product road mapping for our digital products.

  • Background and experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment. Jira experience.

  • Utilize User experience and work with UX teams and User Acceptance Testing, (UAT.)

What would be great to have:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Power BI

  • CSPO - Certified SCRUM Product Owner
