What You Will Learn:
The Americas Corporate Business Platforms team is looking for a Campus Application Lead to manage the implementation of the ‘Smart Building’ strategy across the Americas zone in support of the newest L’Oreal Group strategic initiative.
This role requires working in close collaboration with various IT functions as well as Corporate Security, Facilities, Real Estate, and People Experience, reporting into the head of Corporate Applications & Employee Experience.
Lead new projects and initiatives for the Americas Zone through the entire project lifecycle and/or act as a Technical Product Owner
Oversee the portfolio of all legacy and new Campus technology and applications, ensure their consistent support, availability and stability
Design optimized IT solutions for the new Campus projects based on the Real Estate and People Experience business needs in compliance with Group standards
Lead portfolio rationalization strategy for existing Campus applications (retain, re-platform, replace, remove)
Optimize support structure and manage MSPs to ensure SLA compliance; provide regular reporting via dashboards
Participate in various IT committees (Architecture, Integration, Security, Infrastructure)
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Smart Building solutions (access control, video, logistics, sensors, workplace services...)
Ability to interact with various levels within organization
Ability to work independently in a demanding client centric environment
Strong communicator, with ability to articulate both in IT and business terms
Innovative mindset; understanding of Tech trends
Proficiency working with Project Management and Issue Tracking tools (ServiceNow preferred)
5+ years of experience in IT and Project Management, 3+ years of experience leading multiple IT projects/project portfolio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to speak Spanish / Portuguese / French is a plus
