TITLE: Operations Manager REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and 24 months of work experience required. Relevant degree or experience of 'Introduction to Health Science' and 'Youth Development and Ministry' is preferred. JOB DUTIES: Oversee and supervise overall daily operations of the restaurant. Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements. Set Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals. Develop and implement strategic operational and sales plan that expands restaurant's customer base. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment. Design and implement a strategic administrative plans that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the neighborhood. Assess and analyze budgets and find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits. SALARY: $80,000 per year.
