Amazon Operations Manager, Pickup and Return Points in Bellevue, Washington

The Amazon Pickup & Returns team is looking for a NA Operations Manager to join us in supporting Amazon’s automated, secure, self-service package delivery solution.

As part of the operations team you will work with business development, product, tech, customers and 3P vendors to manage the expansion of the network in both new and existing markets in North America. The Operations Manager will work independently and be comfortable influencing across multiple teams at all levels, both internal and external.

NA Partner Operations team owns the operational tasks for onboarding Locker and Apartment Lockers in US and CA delivering towards network expansion goals in each country. The team consists of workstream owners who lead the critical steps of onboarding as well as work with the business development teams on process refinement and improvement for scale.

Key job responsibilities

·Project manage hardware deployment

·Build strong relationships with 3P vendors and internal teams

·Manage projects to stay on schedule and on budget

·Ability to understand and respond to building code permit updates/requests

·Maintain and develop SLA’s with vendors through daily management and process improvements

·Drive and support improvement initiatives of deployment activities to optimize for scale, schedule and cost

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

  • 3+ years experience managing 3rd party vendors

  • Experience reviewing construction plans and work completion

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
