HR Recruitment Specialist Job ID: 13803 Location: Bellevue College Full/Part Time: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Position Summary The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout Bellevue College. Responsible for the full talent acquisition cycle and will work closely with the HR Business Partners (HRBP) advising best practices and providing them support in all their recruitment needs. The position plans, develops and implements creative and pro-active recruitment and staffing strategies with special emphasis on attracting well-qualified and diverse applicant pools, timeliness, and cost effectiveness. Additionally, the position will perform a variety of duties in support of Employment Services. Serve as a skilled, experienced, human resource consultant performing professional, human resource duties. Responsible for resolving complex or difficult human resource issues; prioritizing and managing issues within designated area of responsibility. Plans and carries out work independently and with minimum supervision, utilizing knowledge of laws, policies and regulations. Maintain and ensure a confidential environment at all times. The Recruitment Specialist will report to Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule Position Salary Range: $67,669/year - $94,737/year The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Typically, new hires start no higher than $74,436/year based on Bellevue College Exempt salary schedule. We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components.
