If so, our Cybersecurity team is searching for multiple CSOC Analysts to join us in taking the next big leap forward with our team. These Analyst roles in T-Mobile's 24O7 Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) are vital for ensuring the overall security systems, services, and information assets. These individuals will serve as a line of defense against cyber threats, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of T-Mobile's digital infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Requires shift work in a 7O24 Cyber Security Operations Center Investigate and respond to security incidents identified by Associate Analysts. Performs more thorough analysis and data collection to investigate and respond to security incidents. Escalate high-severity or high-urgency security incidents to the Cyber Incident Response Team During surge or peak times assist tier Associate Analyst with monitoring incoming event queues for potential security incidents per operational procedures Collect and organize alert, event, and triage data to produce reports to provide feedback to existing content, updated content, and measure relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Provide support for and collaboration with higher-tier support teams to investigate escalated incidents Assist in the development of new security operations processes as well as the refinement or improvement of existing processes Document investigation case notes, ensuring relevant details are passed to CIRT (Cybersecurity Incident Response Team) for escalated incident analysis Update or reference CSOC knowledge management repository as necessary for changes to CSOC processes and procedures and ingest CSOC daily intelligence reports and previous shift pass downs Conduct security research and intelligence gathering on emerging threats and exploits Support and develop reports during and after incidents, which include all actions taken to properly mitigate, recover and return operations to normal operations. Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Information Technology, experience considered in lieu of degree. Work Experience: 2-4 years Experience in info security technology or related field. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication (Required) Security (Required) ITIL (Preferred) NIST Frameworks (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (Preferred) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (Preferred) * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States T-Mobile requires U.S. citizenship for certain roles within the organization. This role requires U.S. citizenship. Individuals hired into this role will be required to submit documentation proving U.S. citizenship within the first 7 days of hire - failure to do so will result in termination.
