Description Essential Functions Responsible for answering calls in a call center setting Answer live calls as well as fax calls for patients Inputting patient data in triage software Makes appointments and sends messages to clients through the triage software Add/Change on call schedules as they become available in triage software Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
