We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join the Nutrien Solutions team. The Vegetation Management Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. What will you do: Oversee the management and development a customer base across Eastern US territories. Manage and lead a team of driven sales representatives - providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. Sell into industrial vegetation markets such as the noxious weed market, roadside, utility right of way, rangeland, and bareground markets. Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management - identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate to align sales strategies with company goals and market trends. Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to motivate and develop sales teams. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand network and generate leads. Lead and perform work the Nutrien Way - engaging in corporate, policies, programs, and practices, including SH&E regulations and standards, to bring our Culture of Care to life. Perform other related duties, as required. What will you bring: Bachelor's degree in agronomy, weed science, rangeland management, forestry or related discipline required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Proven track record of success in sales management, with 5+ years of experience in the vegetation management market, preferably 2+ years in a management or supervisory role. Well-rounded knowledge of vegetation management products and practices. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Proven ability to influence, develop, and retain business relationships. Strong interpersonal skills, outstanding communication capabilities, and the ability to influence others at all organizational levels.
