Robert Half is working with a client that is a leading environmental organization. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to join their team.

Position Overview:

As the HR Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for [Company Name]. You will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support our organizational goals and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

• Manage employee relations, including resolving issues and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture

• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Manage the HR budget and provide regular reports to senior management

• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support as needed

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

• Experience working in the environmental or sustainability sector preferred
