We’re looking for an expert B2B storyteller who can contextualize consumer and market trends and weave product insights into compelling narratives that engage and educate our customers. Reporting to the Global Channel Marketing Lead, this person will be a hands-on manager and individual contributor — shaping, refining, and implementing an impactful content strategy for our growing advertising business. Deep understanding of performance marketing and the digital advertising landscape is ideal. Direct experience working for or with AdTech or performance media companies is beneficial. Key Qualifications

  • 8+ years of managing and leading teams

  • 15+ years direct experience developing B2B marketing content for events, web, email, and sales enablement.

  • Creative and analytical problem solver, adept at translating business opportunities into effective content strategies.

  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication — with ability to adapt for different audiences and persuasively convey key messages.

  • Shown success effectively managing other content marketers and delivering high-quality output.

  • Skilled at building relationships and leading through influence, discussing and debating ideas in a collaborative way, developing an informed point of view, and driving focus across a geographically distributed team.

  • Self-starter who excels at navigating through ambiguity to connect the dots and move initiatives forward — from strategy and concept to production and delivery to measurement and optimization.

  • Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity.

Description

To engage advertisers and unlock new business opportunities, the Global Channel Content Marketing Manager will drive content development —that is informed by business objectives, customer use cases, and product functionality — from narrative strategy through channel execution. In this capacity, they'll become a trusted subject matter expert on our advertising solutions, audience needs, business challenges and opportunities, and content development and activation framework. This person will balance individual contribution and management of others to accelerate content initiatives and achieve business targets. They will effectively collaborate across extended marketing, product, insights, commercialization, and legal teams to seek ongoing feedback to strengthen channel messaging and customer communications. Day-to-day responsibilities may include developing project briefs, writing short- and long-form content for channel programs and campaigns, seeking and providing constructive and actionable feedback, supporting quality delivery of direct reports, and ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across final deliverables. Example deliverables may include content for events and platform insights presentations, customer lifecycle emails, seasonal campaign landing pages, best practices guides, interactive learning modules, and more. Strong attention to detail and effective project management will also be necessary in order to stay up-to-date with the latest plan of record, keep marketing and business partners in the know, and provide ongoing inputs to help other channel program marketing leads refine plans.

Education & Experience

BA/BS or above in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field
