We are bidding on a contract to provide Engineering and Technical Support to the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Technical Warfare Center (TWC), FGGA, GA Cyber Center, Ft Belvoir, VA. This contract will be providing Engineering and Technical assistance for Industry Engagement; Capabilities development, Cloud architecture/planning, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Network Engineering, and Data Sciences, Architects & Analytics, Strategic Planning methodologies in support of planning and execution of ARCYBER's next-generation capabilities and tools that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the ARCYBER operations. Knowledge of Technology Transition and Transfer programs and acquisition planning and execution. Services required across functional areas include but are not limited to: Capabilities Development, Industry Engagement; Cloud administration, Architect and Software Engineering, Risk Management Framework (RMF) Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Science, Program/Project Management, Data Analytic, Knowledge Management, Engineering and System Analyst/Configuration Management.

This opportunity is contingent upon successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions.

We are seeking a Technology Specialist to join this long-term contract upon award.

The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate knowledge and competence in one or more technical and cyber-related areas such as machine learning, data as a service, zero trust. S/he will provide technical insight for addressing problems that are difficult to define and require established, unconventional, novel approaches or sophisticated analytical techniques. This individual will remain abreast of new and ongoing cyber related programs and projects and recommends, at the SES1 level, technological/cutting edge breakthroughs for introduction into current efforts when applicable.

General job duties will include:

  • Participation in resolving complex program issues applying established practices and procedures and conducting research and analysis.

  • Identification and makes recommendations to solve problems that are both routine and difficult to define, requiring the application of established and new approaches, and analytical techniques.

  • Make recommendations based on best practices in a particular field for introduction into current efforts when applicable.

  • Adheres to company-wide policies and programs making suggestions for improvements.

  • Remain in communication with customers and markets existing products, services, and company capabilities.

  • Utilizing subject matter expertise, resolve difficult and highly complex technical projects through research, analysis, and the application lessons learned.

  • Makes recommendations utilizing technical insight for addressing problems that are difficult to define, require unconventional or novel approaches, and require sophisticated analytical techniques.

  • Remains well-informed of changes in the subject matter area and introduces technological/cutting edge breakthroughs into current efforts as appropriate.

  • Recommends best practices and provides technical knowledge through training activities.

  • Recommends and supports company-wide technical research policies and programs.

  • Enhances the comprehension of scientific foundations and goals for approved, in-development, and active sponsored trials and/or investigator-sponsored research studies.

  • Identifies, selects, and manages third-party agencies and providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of industry technological solutions.

  • Proactively escalates critical issues to senior management when appropriate.

Contractor will possess a recognized degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or another technical field.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience in security process and organizational design with technical excellence in the subject community.

Contractor shall demonstrate knowledge of computer languages such as C++, Basic.Net, Java, and HTML is very important. Operating systems (e.g. Mac OS X, Novell Netware, Windows and Linux) and application servers. Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance w/ability to attain CI Poly and able to pass a Counterintelligence Polygraph and MADO requirements essential for access to ARCYBER Headquarters at Fortitude Hall. Require MA or MS with experience in management of projects or BA/ BS with experience in management of technology projects.

*Qualified candidates for this role must possess a TOP SECRET security clearance and be immediately eligible for nomination to receive Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access.

Must be able to complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph and obtain MEAD NSA facility access and security clearance requirements upon request.
