Actalent Environmental Project Manager in Asbury Park, New Jersey

Our client has been in the environmental consulting industry for over 30 years. They support their clients through various service areas, including regulatory compliance support and auditing, management system design, site investigation and remediation, litigation support, broad-scale sustainability and climate change adaptation planning, greenhouse gas management, and alternative fuel evaluation. Their multi-disciplinary workforce allows the firm to cost effectively execute complex projects across the country from their eight office locations in North America. This is a hybrid Environmental Project Manager opportunity with a small-mid size consulting firm.

Job Description:

  • Implementation and management of technical and administrative aspects of environmental remediation projects, as well as staff management, and client communication and coordination.

  • Developing work scopes and cost estimates

  • Implementing, directing, and overseeing soil, groundwater and vapor intrusion investigations, data management and evaluation, and technical report writing.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience working on remediation projects

  • NJDEP regulatory knowledge

  • At least 3 years of project management and technical report writing experience

  • UHOT experience is a plus

  • Subsurface Evaluator certification is a plus
