Amazon Senior Program Manager, Salesforce Integration in Atlanta, Georgia

Description

Global Fleet & Products (GFP) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own end-to-end strategy and execution of Salesforce applications within the organization. Current features include external Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Fleet support channels and internal escalation mechanisms but we are just getting started. Our team is excited about expansion in to knowledge-based applications, field task management, personalized fleet KPI dashboards, third party (OEM/FMC) expansion capabilities, and beyond. We are looking for an individual who can operate in an undefined space, influence cross-functional groups and tech teams to implement new systems, and create closed-loop support channels.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, supervise, and control the execution of Salesforce platform for GFP

  • Introduce new ways to manage GFP workflow and communication channels

  • Integrate and create dynamic field initiatives, knowledge bank, metrics, and standard work in to Salesforce platform

  • Define and measure internal and external performance standards within the platform

  • Build out features roadmap to drive continuous value to GFP and DSPs

  • Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, tech, operations, finance, and other business teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
