Clarivate Analytics US LLC Associate Content Support Analyst in Ann Arbor, Michigan

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience 0-2 years of client/customers service experience 0-2 years of experience working with Salesforce or other similar products

It would be great if you also had... Excellent researching and problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze, compare, evaluate, reconcile and order data Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned cases Knowledge of bibliographic metadata standards or aspects of electronic resource management within a library setting XML. XSLT. Ruby, and/or other programming languages that aid in data manipulation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolution and maintain strong relationships Capacity to learn and master new technologies and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

What will you be doing in this role? Act as a first responder to incoming client-reported cases involving metadata quality of issues and concerns Analyze reported issues to determine scope and severity Implement fixes and/or solutions to resolve reported metadata issues Communicate status and resolution information to clients via CRM software Identify and escalate more complex metadata quality issues internally for resolution Provide assistant as needed on large data projects

About the Team

The product the team works with is CDI. Internally this team works with Content Operations and Development. In North America, this is the only position on the team. Globally, there are 5 Tier 1 analysts in the India, and 3 in Israel. The team is North America Tier 1 Content Support. We have one 360 KB analyst, one Alma/SFX Content Analyst, will have one Provider Relations analyst, and the CDI position. The tools the team works with include STUI, Cyberark, Client Center, CC Admin, KBTools, Skynet, and Jenkins.

Hours of Work Full time, permanent Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours may be required This is a hybrid position (2-3 days a week in the office)
