Description

We are searching for a talented and savvy Azure Cloud Engineer with a proven history of successful Cloud Administration experience to join a growing group of professionals at an organization based in Dodge County. This is a Direct Hire opportunity allowing this person to spearhead Cloud efforts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems primarily on the Azure platform. This role requires expertise in Azure services, cybersecurity best practices, automation techniques, and business continuity strategies. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy cloud solutions on the Azure platform, including virtual machines, containers, storage, networking, and identity services.

• Implement robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard cloud resources, including access controls, encryption, threat detection, and incident response.

• Develop and automate deployment pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Establish and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure high availability and resilience of cloud-based applications and services.

• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and compliance audits to identify and remediate risks in the cloud environment.

• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on cloud architecture, best practices, and troubleshooting issues.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and automation.
