SOS International LLC (SOSi), is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Aberdeen, MD. This position will serve as the Government’s primary point-of-contact and to provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel assigned to the contract. In this role, you will play an key part in delivering information management solutions to our government customer.

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the performance of the contract to include both technical issues and business processes.

• Organizational authority to execute the requirements of the contract.

• Assign tasking to Contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance.

• Authority to commit the Contractor’s organization and make decisions for the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems.

• Available to respond to Government questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues

Minimum Requirements

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III in Program Management.

• Be able to manage large scale IT contracts in similar size and scope.

• Experience deploying large scale hardware and software systems enhancements and/or upgrades for an organization with widely distributed geographic sites.

• Experience with agile, sprint, scrum software development methodologies.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to meet the requirement of developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials using Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Active Secret Clearance.

Work Environment

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.

• Working on-site on a military facility in Aberdeen, MD.

• Fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends (if applicable).
